Terms of use.

Passes are non-refundable but fully transferable up to one week before the conference. We may refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe or disruptive behavior, and no refund is given in that case.

• Each pass covers the tracks it names; Workshop Studio sessions are capped and seated first come, first served.
• The program, speakers, and schedule are subject to change, and individual sessions may reach capacity.
• If we must cancel or reschedule the conference, pass holders will be notified through the contact details on file with next steps.

UXAUSTIN is a welcoming, harassment-free space for everyone. By attending you agree to treat speakers, staff, and other attendees with respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone who does not, without a refund. Report concerns to any staff member or through the contact form.

You may browse and use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it: no scraping, interfering with how it runs, or using it to break the law. The content here, including text, images, and the conference name and marks, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

The site and the conference are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Austin Design Collective is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the conference. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
