We collect what you give us and a little of how you use the site:

• Details you enter in our forms, such as your name, email, company, and any notes when you register interest, ask about sponsorship, propose a talk, or contact us.
• Your email address when you join our dispatch.
• Registration details if you buy a pass, processed by our registration partner.
• Basic analytics, such as pages visited and rough location, gathered through cookies to understand how the site is used.

We use your information to:

• Answer your messages and manage registration, speaking, sponsorship, and press inquiries.
• Send the dispatch you asked for, which you can leave at any time.
• Run the conference, including pass fulfillment and on-site logistics.
• Keep the site working and improve it over time.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the vendors who help us run the conference, such as our registration and email providers, and only as much as each needs to do its job.

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use a few necessary cookies to make the site function, and optional analytics cookies to measure traffic.

You can accept or decline optional cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to browse or register.

We hold your information for as long as needed to provide what you asked for and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then we remove it. You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address below, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
